The services of Atlántico Plaza Lanzarote are aimed at guaranteeing the maximum enjoyment of all our guests. The following are our services most appreciated by our guests.

RECEPTION SERVICE

Our reception is located at Pedro Barba 16, At Club Atlántico. We speak three languages: English, Spanish and German.

Reception opening hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Please note that official check-in is from 15:00 hours and check-out is before 11:00 hours. If you wish to extend your stay, please ask reception for the possibility and the additional charge.

AIR CONDITIONING

Some of our apartments have rooms equipped with air conditioning. Please enquire about this option when booking or on arrival at reception.

WI-FI ALL OVER THE PREMISES

We are pleased to offer WiFi access in all areas of our facilities. WiFi network information and password will be provided upon check-in at the time of registration.

JACUZZI FOR A FEE

We offer access to a jacuzzi for an additional charge of 15 euros per night. To enjoy this service, please contact reception when booking or during your stay.

CLEANING, CHANGE OF TOWELS AND SHEETS

The cleaning service includes the visit of our staff to clean your flat. Towels will be changed twice a week, and sheets once a week during your stay.

SELF-SERVICE LAUNDRY

The laundry is located on the Club Atlántico premises and is available for use by Atlántico Plaza guests at any time. The cost is 4 euros per use. Please note that soap, detergent and fabric softener are not included and must be provided by the guest.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX

Each of our apartments is equipped with a safe deposit box to ensure the safety of your belongings during your stay.

LUGGAGE ROOM

We offer a free luggage storage service in the Club Atlántico facilities for cases in which you arrive before the official check-in time and after check-out. However, we recommend that you remove valuables before leaving your luggage in our custody.

COMPLEMENTARY BATHROOM

We provide our guests with complimentary access to a bathroom with a shower, available on request one day before check-out. Use is subject to availability and is offered as a courtesy for your convenience.

OUTDOOR POOL

As a guest of Atlántico Plaza, you have access to our heated pool located on the Club Atlántico premises. The heated pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the winter and from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the summer.

NO PETS ALLOWED

Unfortunately, we do not admit pets on our premises.
